Exact Data DOES NOT DELIVER ACCURATE INFORMATION 50% Bounce Back, Incorrect Contacts, Disconnected phone numbers, GARBAGE Chicago Illinois
This group promised a "good" list with 10% +/- bounce back. I got over 50%.
The list has contacts under the corporate unbrella, not allowing us to even know what property the contact works!
The phone numbers were mostly corporate, no direct lines as promised.
The people were no longer there YEARS AGO
The emails DON'T WORK
I explained this to my sales guy Joe Murphy and he said they will make it right. I then got another 500 or so leads with about the same luck. I told him/them I was unhappy and wanted a refund or a viable list. This list, we cannot nor have we, used.
His response:
"I understand your position. However, this purchase order was pulled correctly according to the specifications of the purchase order. In addition, in the terms and conditions, states ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.
I understand their position, but I didn't know I would be getting innaccurate data vs what was PROMISED.
I have repeatedly requested they make this right with either a GOOD VALID list or a REFUND,
NO RESPONSE.
