Wow i don't know where to start first of all just to get this out of the way there is no such person as Mark Armstrong thats just a name they use to send out mail-outs the owner of the company is a little man by the name of Frank Bell and he has hired his dad to run the place and his name is David Bell the manager on duty is Larry i cant remember his last name these guys are heartless criminals oh and the hire people right out of jail
when i worked there i was in a room with 3 other guys that did nothing but lie to people on the phone to get the to send them money and all 3 of these guys were fresh out the pin they told people whatever they want to hear to get them to send money. i was told several times that most of my loan mod deals would turn in to short sale deals and i was also told that they sit on the loan mod paper work just so they can turn in to short sales. i worked there 2 weeks and the 2 weeks i was there 3 people called me and said that we had scammed them and they were now being kicked out of there house i was instructed to send these people to voice mail and if they kept calling don't answer or hang up in there face and there were several people calling want to know what was going on with there case because they had paid there money and had not heard anything and i was instructed to tell them that it takes 60 days for the loan mod to complete and not to worry. Do not send these people your money i can type all day about the lies and scams i heard going on in this place. i hope they respond to this because i will respond also.
Once i quit i have had news reporters and the FBI contact me about whats going on in this place. They change names all the time these people are criminals they don't have a office in the woodlands the are in Houston and the just moved so i don't know where they are now nor do they work with attorneys and government entities they are full of s**t 100%. REPORT THESE PEOPLE THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED FRANK AND DAVID BELL SHOULD BE THROWN IN JAIL THEY ARE LOW LIFES THAT MAKE MONEY OFF OF PEOPLE GOING THROUGH A HARD TIME.
