Excell Limousines Excell Limo This company is a one man show. Mr. Mike is a total rip off, he charges you upfront cash and leaves you stranded. He offers stocked bar in limo and there are just half bottles of moonshine and such Internet
This limo company is totally a scam. The limo driver is the owner. He pretends to give you a deal but then rips you off in the end. We booked this limo to take 10 passengers to and from a concert. Pretty straightforward event.
First he arrives and wants to charge more money for bogus things. Second he demands cash upfront or the limo wont go. Next he claims its a full service bar in the limo. A half bottle of moonshine and some diet pepsi does not constitute full bar for 10 people. Then his air conditioning only works in part of the limo. Then he tells he will have to charge us for the bridge toll even though he already collected the full amount due in cash before we even left the meeting point. Also he got lost in the city and asked us to google the address and give him directions to the event.
This guy really prays on and scams people. Once we finally got to our destination, he told us our belongings consisting of purses, cell phones, jackets etc would be safe in his limo. All we were to do was to call him 20-30 minutes before we were to be picked up. Once the concert was in its last 30 minutes we called and called and text the driver and he never responded. We were stranded in the city with no way home. He never called or responded.
This is a total scam dont fall for this guy. He doesnt answer any of our calls and he made out with all our money and our belongings.
