Complaint Review: Executive Detail Plus - Cellular Express Plus - ingular Wireless Premier Dealer - Palm Bay Florida

i worked for them up until a week ago. This is a very bad company, it rips off employees and customers. We are told to add 4 trial features that are free for the first 30 days and to tell the customers that ATT is doing it and we cant remove it. If the customer forgets to call customer service and cancel those features they are charged between 35 and 40 dollars. We are told to do this from the owner and our district managers.

This location is in an older industrial park which has many vacant buildings, and many for sale signs. Large lettering across the front window of the building states it is a used car company. A small homemade sign about 10 inches tall and maybe 16 inches wide is on the ground and leans against the roll-up door on the front of the building. On this small sign is lettering that reads "Cellular Express Plus", and there is an arrow on it pointing you to go to your left around the corner of the building. Once you turn the corner, you are walking on a narrow walkway that runs down the side of the building with bushes to your left that go all the way down to the back corner of building. When I had walked just part of the way down the side of the building, I began to feel like this would be a good spot for an ambush. The entry door to CEP must be clear in the back of the building. I did not go all the way around to find out because the setup is CREEPY. No one was on the premises, even though it was during work hours. There is a large mailbox set way out front at the street that has the lettering 260 North Drive. The headquarters for the Cellular Express Plus-owned stores could not be in a setting that more accurately reflects the way that they do business, in my experience.

I worked diligently for that company for almost 2 years. worked my butt off too. I was let go because of a stupid reason and something that could have been fixed. My roommate worked there from when i started and was fired last year for something even worse than mine. Both of us had made that company alot of money and we didnt even get recognized whatsoever. They try their hardest not to pay you any of your commissions. personnally the only reason i am glad i worked for them is for the experience. other than that it was a waste of time. I know several of the people who used to work for them and they all feel the same as me. so that comment about being a terrible company to work for? (thats my opinion)

AFTER SEVERAL FAILED ATTEMPTS AND A PHONE CALL OF PLEADING WITH THE EDITOR TO HAVE THE ABOVE POST I MADE REMOVED FROM THIS SITE. THE ARE ALL VERY NICE PEOPLE AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. EXECUTIVE DETAILS PLUS aka CELLULAR EXPRESS PLUS IS A GREAT COMPANY, MY HUSBAND REALLY ENJOYED WORKING FOR THEM. IT WAS THE FIRST JOB THAT HE HAD THAT HE ACTUALLY ENJOYED GETTING UP AND GOING TO WORK FOR IN THE MORNING. MY POST WAS GENERATED BECAUSE OF A GROSS MISUNDERSTANDING AND I TOOK IT WAY TOO FAR AND I AM SORRY. CHRIS KELLEY... IS A SMART, FAIR AND BUSINESS MINDED PROFESSIONAL WHO IS EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES AND I HIGHLY RESPECT HIM FOR HOW HE HAS MADE THIS COMPANY GROW TO WHAT IT IS TODAY. CINGULAR WIRELESS SHOULD BE MORE THAN PROUD TO HAVE HIS COMPANY REPRESENTING THEM. Hi I need all the help I can get. I read your complaint and it broke my heart. I am trying to find some investors to take out this man and his cronies. I have heard all about his company. I as Ceo/Owner want to make the wireless industry a better place. I would love to pay people like your husband what he is worth there is no reason to cut anyones throat. I want to change the third party wireless industry as we know it today. It is not going to take a lot of money and I would love to help you guys. I think your husband would go back to the industry if he was treated with respect and paid what he is worth. I am so glad someone has enough guts to step forward and speak the truth and not be afraid. If know how to make this man fall within on year.
