Nice try Mike.Trying to devert the truth. The real TOM

I am making this submission at the request of Mike, the owner of Executive Exteriors.  I am the "real" Tom.  It is unclear who submitted the original report purporting to describe our experience with Executive, but it appears that it may have been a disgruntled former employee of Executive.  In any event, the details provided regarding the contract and the timing to complete the project are not accurate.  Mike is correct that the original post seems designed to harm his business by communicating misleading information.  I would encourage anyone who is thinking about contracting with Executive to discuss the situation with Mike before making a decision.  It is unfortunately that websites like this post information without vetting it and then make it impossible to remove the information, even when it can be proven to have been forged or to have originated from an unreliable source.

As explained in the Program Rules, the process begins when you provide Ripoff Report with three things: 1.) a signed copy of the Arbitration Agreement; 2.) a complete copy of your Arbitration Statement including any and all supporting evidence, such as documents or Witness Statements (subject to limitations which are discussed in detail in the Program Rules) you want the Arbitrator to review; and 3.) a check for the $2,000 arbitration fee. No arbitration matter will begin until we receive all of these things.

We have provided clear evidence this report is misleading and fraudulent and they refuse to remove it because we have not provided the $2,000 fee.

Dear author of this post. We are certain your statements are false and misleading and it is negatively affecting our business. TYou have slandered our good name, and we demand you remove this post. We ask that you please take a photo of this alleged 50$k original contract you had with us and the final alleged $100k bill that we sent you. Also please prove that I was no longer willing to work with you and that we took 9-12 months to complete your alleged project.

THIS IS A COMPLETELY FALSE CLAIM AIMED AT RUINING OUR BUSINESS.

If you can provide me with these photographic evidence, I would be more than willing to try and make the situation right for you.

This report is completely false. This is from a customer Tom who even falsely named himself as Pete on this review.

We contracted with Tom for $77,842.04 and Tom signed two change orders bringing the total billed to $88,658.75. We never billed for anything other than the agreed upon amount. Tom decided to only pay us $68,387.71, and told us if we wanted to recover the balance we could try and sue him and he threatened he would tarnish and grossly damage our online reputation if we did so. I have this letter and all communications with and from Tom saved if you wish to see them.

We have these documents available for anyone to see who might want to.

To claim we started at 50 and ended at 100 is not even close to the reality of the situation. It should be noted that Tom not only allowed us to complete all of the work, but I have written proof in an email stating that we had completed the work to his satisfaction.

 Customer service is our utmost priority at Executive Exteriors & Remodeling and this misleading review is unfortunate. Perhaps Tom works for one of the 6 reputation management companies that reached out to us the day after this review was posted, he is an attorney after all.

We have documented emails of the work being completed to Tom’s satisfaction and would be more than willing to provide all of this documentation to anyone who is concerned after reading this review.
