Company is fraudulently selling ad space in publications that do not exist. March 26, 2014 Executive Publishing General manager Sean Kelly Called me and represented himself to work with high end Clubhouses in KY. He stated that I would be the only person in my industry in that section, and the publication would run quarterly. He could never give me an exact date. I signed up for the initial page. After 2 days they called me back and said I was upgraded to the inside cover. That they would do this amazing job and that they had top of the line ad execs, etc. I decided to sign up for it. Later that same afternoon, another 1 of their employees called me and asked who did my website and did I know that they could host that as well? That it was the end of the day and someone would call me back tomorrow, (Friday). They did not thankfully. However I did call them. I did some research on the company finding that they had a horrible reputation, and that they were on the ripoff report. Yelp.com, and the better business bureau with an f rating. They have a 3 day recision period which I was Very much entitled to be refunded 100% of my money! and when I explained all of my fears to the GM, he said he was so sorry to hear this and that he would call me back later that day at 4:00. He did not. So I disputed the charge with my credit card. I called 3 of the 4 clubhouses that he said my ad would be in, and none of them were familiar with this publication, 2 do not bring in outside publications, and 1 does their own. The GM stole from MY website and created a fake ad and submitted it to Chase, attached an ad that was in a Miami publication, and stated it was the ad that they created for me and services were rendered! How illegal is that? Chase granted them the win. I have never even received 1 piece of paper from them, and they had the nerve to steal from my website my words and my graphic designers work and my money and take credit for it. I am appalled, I feel raw and raped. And I can not believe they are getting away with this. I have pursued with the FTC and Consumer Protection Agency as well as several media outlets in Boca Raton. This is no different than stealing my debit card number and. Going on a shopping spree with 800.00 of my hard earned dollars
