Exodus Cymbals Did not deliver my order or give me a refund BIG BEAR LAKE California
I have been dealing with Exodus Cymbals for a year now. I placed my order with them in March of 2013. After I placed my order, sent them the money, I was told that I would receive my cymbals in 45 days. After 45 days had come and gone, I sent a request asking about the status of my order. I was told that they were stuck in customs. After a couple of weeks, still no cymbals, I was told that my cymbals were going to be shipped by another company. This went on for several months, and it was one excuse after another.
Finally, I had enough, and requested a refund. Exodus agreed, and said that I would have my refund in 5 business days. That was back in December of 2013. I still have not received my cymbals, or a refund. All I get from Exodus is nothing but reason why they did not send me my refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB, that did not help. I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, still waiting on to hear anything from that. Bottom line, Exodus Cymbals failed to deliver on all of their promises. I am out the money I gave them, and all the time that I have dealing with the company. This has been my experience dealing with Exodus Cymbals. Great cymbals, bad business and customer service.
