Complaint Review: Expedited Recruiting LLC - Nationwide

This report has again come to my attention and while my inclination (as it was the first time I read it) is to ignore it due to the fact it was obviously written by someone we have never done business with, the more I think about it, the angrier I get. I’m especially concerned someone may actually believe these lies and that it could hurt our business. Let me make this very clear:

The accusations in this complaint are lies and the person who wrote this is a liar.

I would like to make some quick points as to why we have not pursued the arbitration process offered by Rippoff Report. This is the only way to remove a report from this website. 

1. In order to get a complaint removed one must pay a $2000 arbitration fee to have your case heard. When, as I point out below, it is obvious we have never done business with this person, I will not pay $2000 to get my name cleared. Any reasonable person reading this complaint can only come to the conclusion the person writing the complaint is making it up. It is my opinion that I should not have to pay $2000 to have libelous statements removed from a website. Additionally, as I point out below, the burden of proof lies on me to prove the accusations are false and due to the fact there are no specifics it is impossible to prove a negative. The accusations are so vague and off-base the person doesn’t even know what industry Expedited Recruiting does business in nor what we do in that industry. However, with that said, this John D. Rockefeller apparently  has sent us proprietary information.  Not only does this make his claim dubious, at best, but in order for one to believe this person’s argument this person wants you to believe that he may indeed be the single most moronic business person in the history of business because why would you send proprietary information to a firm if you don’t even know what they do?
2. As stated above, the burden of proof is on Expedited to prove the statements are wrong in the arbitration process. Rippoff Report will not provide the name of the person or company who made these accusations and again, due to the total lack of detail and clarity in the statements (as I will point out several times the person admits that they don’t even know what we do at Expedited Recruiting). Therefore, since I do not know who made the statements and the statements are so vague it is impossible to prove a negative, there is no way to prove the statements are false. Case in point, the author states we contacted him for business but the only people we contact for business are for transportation recruiting; however, the author doesn’t know we do transportation recruiting. How can we prove we didn’t contact him when we don’t know his name or what type of business we are supposed to have contacted him about since it obviously isnt for what we actually do - transportation recruiting? Again, how do you prove a negative? How does one prove we didn’t steal proprietary promotional secrets when there is no indication of who the person/company is on the other side and I cannot find out who they are?

Expedited is in the transportation recruiting business, it is OUR job to provide the promotional material and find applicants for our customers. The only proprietary information we are given from our customers is how drivers are paid and in rare cases the names of some customers but this is a rarity. I can assure anyone reading this we have never disclosed this information and if we had we would be in court not Rippoff Report.

While it is my personal belief that a basic pre-requisite for filing a complaint on this website should be that the person making the complaint should know the industry and what type of business the firm against whom they are making the complaint is in, I believe the lack of any detail in this case shows whoever wrote this was obviously not a customer of Expedited. Additionally, the person who wrote this should have taken the five seconds to type in our domain name to get to our website and figure out what we do; however, this type of logical thinking is quite obviously not a gift this person possesses. Instead, this person shows his true intelligence and complete lack of common sense by admitting their ignorance in the complaint when they state, “I am not sure what his "expedited recruiting" service is,”.

I don’t know who the person, company, liar is that wrote this report but I will say our customers are smarter than plant life and wouldn’t have written something so transparently moronic as this complaint. The arguments in the complaint are its own worst enemy. I would imagine at this point, after reading this rebuttal the person will come back and “clarify” what Expedited did for them and address all the other mistakes in their complaint. This will just goes to prove my point – they never did business with us in the first place or they wouldn’t have needed us to tell them what we do. I can assure everyone that I will find out who wrote this and will take the appropriate legal action for libel against this person and their company. That is not an empty threat and one way or another I will find the person/company. Updates will be made on this website and will only stop until the post is taken down and a formal apology is received by Expedited Recruiting. However, as I think we have all seen, the firm and person who wrote this complaint helps prove the theory of evolution and that, unfortunately, many of us are still more closely related to apes than humans when it comes to intelligence and because of that they will not take this posting down.

The Rebuttal Author of this Report is incorrect in saying that Ripoff Report will remove a Report for $2,000, or for any amount of money for that matter.  Ripoff Report has a general policy of NOT REMOVING Reports.  Our policy can be viewed on our website by clicking HERE.   $2,000 is the cost of Ripoff Report's VIP Arbitration Program - a program that removes only challenged statements of facts in a Report that are found to be to be false after presentation of evidence to an independent arbitrator.  Even in that instance, the Report is not removed. Only challenged statements of fact that are found to be false by the arbitrator will be (((REDACTED))).  Again, to be clear, Ripoff Report will not remove Reports for money and any information to the contrary is simply not accurate.  The author also is struggling to understand that they don’t have to know who the author of the Report is to go through the VIP Arbitration Program.  The Rebuttal Author, in their own statement, has raised rebuttals to statements of fact.  To understand the full context of our Arbitration Program, we invite you to review all of the applicable information, including the Program Rules, by visiting our arbitration webpage at http://www.ripoffreport.com/Arbitration.aspx.
