Complaint Review: Experian Credit Reporting Agency - California

Experian is Selling Identities! For a few years now, I have been keeping a very detailed record of what my experience has been like with this fraudulant company. First, DO NOT ever purchase your credit report from them. They will put you on a auto pay monthly membership- weither you know about it or not.

Does their website even allow a ONE TIME PURCHASE of your credit report? Once they have your credit card information and your ONE TIME approval of them accessing it, months later (or everytime you visit their website), you will have a charge on your credit card the next month. Their website DOES NOT allow you to cancel the membership "you" were signed upto- you have to CALL them. Calling them allows them to deny the call.

Now, lets say, one year you give them access to your Discover card (because you are purchasing a credit report) and a few months later you decide to purchase another report and use your Chase card......WATCH how months later BOTH credit cards are now being card for bogus monthly memberships that you did not agree to.

Experian is SELLING YOUR IDENTITY and is no more than an ORGANIZED CRIME RING. Just do simple online searches and you will see how many people are having the same experiences. Use a search engine that does not collect your information such as DuckDuckGo. This will allow you to get out of the internet bubble that you have currently been put into by these criminals.

Have you ever thought of making a big purchase such as a home? Oh, DO NOT do searches online or let Experian find out! You will see how your facebook, twitter and other social media lights up with "real estate agents" wanting to be your friend. You will start being directed by the search engines to perticular sites. (its called being in a advertising bubble) Do a  DUCKDUCKGO.com search and look up these definitions- investigate for yourself!

Experian IS (selling, giving away, distributing) your information. I can not go into full details but do a little investigation yourself!  And, believe me, your credit score is being munipulated as well. (beacuse if you purchase a home at higher interest rate because your credit is not up to par- do you not belive they are getting kickbacks?) It's the same practice being used by Pharmacutical Reps and Drug Corporations.  (organized crime?? or legitimate honest business??)

Have you ever questioned HOW they investigate your claims?? They dont. Its a simple automated "we investigated and confirmed". Or, its a simple, search an advertising data base and "look around" type of investigation. Is their company even legally registered (paying taxes, business license) as an INVESTIGATING FIRM?? No. They are a REPORTING FIRM. However, if every American knew how they are munipulating your life/lifestyle- then you would definalty have a very strong opinion that they were an ORGANIZED CRIME RING.

Let me give you an example of just a small (very small issue) I had with them. I had NUMEROUS- NUMEROUS alias's on my file and have tired for atleast 5-6 years disputing them to Experian on various occasions. Gettting mad and patiently waiting for the right moment. My middle name is "Marie". ONE (just one) alias stated "Mair". Now, when disputing Experian tells you that their investigations includes looking at: LEGAL DOCUMENTS. Legal Documents being a drivers license, social security card, birth certificate, ext. DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT I WOULD NOT KNOW IF MY NAME HAS EVER BEEN MISSPELLED ON A LEGAL DOCUMENT"??? Oh, but Experian said they investigated, so its the gospel truth!!

If you have a hard copy report that has been pulled by a company you did not (in writing) authorize- file your complaint. Then file your complaint with the CFPB for both the "Gospel Credit Reporting Agencies" along with the company who pulled it.

I cant go on to much because I am still building my case. However, DO NOT ever purchase a credit report from them. If something is incorrect on your report- send your dispute in WRITING to Experian by certified/signature required mail. DO NOT do it online.  KEEP YOUR DOCUMENTS. KEEP YOURSELF EDUCATED. Now, once they investigate, go back months later and see if what you investigated. Is still "off" or was it added back on? =)

FORGET YOUR SENATOR, STATE REPS, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.....GO AHEAD AND SEND YOUR LETTERS TO EVERY LOCAL MEDIA CHANNEL IN THIS COUNTRY AND OUT OF IT!! SEND YOUR LETTERS STRAIGHT TO CONGRESS AND THE WHITE HOUSE. IF ENOUGH LETTERS ARE RECEIVED AND OTHER COUNTRIES SEE HOW FED UP NORMAL AMERICANS ARE THAT OUR GOVERNMENT HAS ALLOWED THESE INCOMPETENT AGENICES TO DICATE OUR LIVES- THEN THIS GOVERNMENT WILL DO SOMETHING! STOP BEING THE COWARD AND STAND UP TO THESE LEGAL ORGANIZED CRIME RINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
