Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On the 18th of this month, May 2015, I went online to get my wifes and my current credit score and report.  It said it would be $1.00 for each of us.  So we said yes. Got he report and was charged $1.00 each.

On the 27th of May 2015, 9  days later I was sent an email to both my wife and myself saying "Oops! Has your Payment Card Changed Recently?".  The it said:

It looks like your payment information we have on file for you is not up-to-date. Some reasons for this could be that your card has recently expired, been cancelled, or you switched bank accounts. Sign in today to quickly fix your account details.
I responded back and said I didn't want to be billed for anything and didn't want a Credit Tracker account.
On the very next day they charged me through my bank card, $23.36.   I immediately called customer service and said I only signed up for my 1 time Free Credit Report and Score for $1.00 each. They said okay, then cancelled the withdrawal from my bank account and cancelled my membership:  (((redacted))). and made sure I wasn't charged.
THEN: when I tried to cancel my wife's membership and billing. They wouldn't let me, so I got her on the phone and she told them what I told them and they said there was nothing they could do and she was going to be charged the monies. She asked to talk to the supervisor, who eventually got on the phone, and told her they couldn't refund the monies as they all ready had it, but they cancelled her membership:365660039, so she wouldn't be charged in the future.
We had signed up on your web site that was brought up when we went through annualcreditreport, as we wanted to see the score sand thought that was all we were being charged for. There is no Large type print, except for the $1.00 fee for the score, that said anything else. We are older, vision impaired, and we feel taken advantage of. Why can I get mine back and she can't.  They said take it up with you, wouldn't give us a phone number and said we had to email you at this email address.
Please refund the monies, we are on SS and a fixed income. It seems that for a Credit Reporting Agency you are doing to us what some of the disputed accounts on our credit report are doing to us...I need say no more.
Please respond back immediately or call me (((redacted)))

I expect to hear back within 3 days or I will pursue this matter further up the lineif necessary.
Thank you.
PS. I have copies of all emails.

THEY RESPONDED BACK AS FOLLOWS:
Thank you for your e-mail and for the opportunity to respond to your concerns.

We offer a credit report along with a trial membership to Credit Monitoring.  Our website and the order form describe the offer in detail, including billing at the end of the trial and monthly thereafter unless and until the customer notifies us of their wish to cancel.  The consumer agrees to these terms when submitting his/her order.

Our records indicate that a credit report and trial membership was ordered and not cancelled within the trial period.  Consequently, in accordance with the terms of the offer, the credit card provided was charged the monthly membership fee.

Therefore, we are unable to grant your request for a refund at this time.

Thank you for choosing Experian Credit Tracker℠.

Sincerely,

Eddie M.

After, talking to Experian, and receiving an email, saying that they were not going to charge me for the (1) membership, they went and charded me anyway the very next day.  I have the bak statements and all.  Now it is time to take this to the Local News channels and possibly the courts.  I know that the Credit Buearues have just recently settled in Federal Courts over some of their practices, and now maybe it is time to take them back into court on a class action basis.
