Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I had a bank restriction on the 13th of March, which was 5 days before my payment was due with express credit auto. On the 13th of March I called express credit auto looking to speak with DJ the Financial Account Manager, looking to get a full deferment on payment. I was told he is not available and he will get back me at his earliest convenience. That week I called 3 times looking to speak with DJ, I received the same response and never got the call from DJ. Since my payment for March was due on the 18th which lands on a Sunday, I called express credit auto a day after my payment was due and from there I was told, DJ will not be taking my calls and I will not receive a deferment. I filed a complaint with their customer care department, I was told by email that I can contact them the next day. The next day I called the number that I was provided, hoping to get a resolution and that was not the case. The lady was rude on the phone, and tried to send me back to account management, I said to her I was told to call this number and you are sending back to account management I don’t understand what is going on, her response was “You do not need to know what is going on.”  The next morning my car was gone.

All you stated are assumptions.

Here are the facts.

You assumed I don't pay my bills on times.

You assumed I had a bunch of overdrafts on my which caused the restriction on the bank account.

You assumed I only have an auto loan with sub prime lenders.

Here here are my questions.

What consist of an emergency?

Does it make sense to repo 3 days after the due date when a customer is being proactive 5 days before the due date and has never missed a payment on this partcular loan?

If I'm such an high risk on the vehicle and then why Express Credit Auto reloaned to me?

Does Express Credit Auto repo cars for all their customers that are 3 days past their due date?

Also on my credit file how many times on the 3 past auto loans have I've been late on payments? I'll give you the answer 0

Also could it be one of the reasons why traditional lenders may not loan to a potential borrowers could be becuase of the borrowers debt to income? Example student loans out of deferment to the amount income you make monthly or annually?

Also could it be the reason why I went to Express Credit Auto is because a vehicle that I had prior was totaled the insurance company only paid enough to cover the loan balance on the vehicle?

What is your angle?

To degrade me off the basis of an assumption is beneath me, you and Express Credit Auto. I never personally attacked Express Credit Auto, I only provided my experience with Express Credit Auto in regrads to this situation. Bank account restriction is not an excuse but it's the truth. You seemed very combative and defensive towards my report on Express Credit Auto, and for that reason I asked myself "what angle is this person coming from." Just becuase you say you don't work for Express Credit Auto doesn't mean you don't work for Express Credit Auto or is not directly influenced by Express Credit Auto. You degraded me solely off of the assumptions you've created, who's to say you would tell the truth on your relation with Express Credit Auto. Also on other reports provided by other customers, some of the rebuttals at the end of the their statement are similar to the response you provided ("Oh yes, before you waste your time and effort, let me tell you now, I don't work for them.") theirs are reworded but basically the same reponse.

I'm not here to bash a Express Credit Auto or provide false statements against them, but I'm here to provide awareness on my experience with them and how it can potentially affect me and customers moving forward in their lives.

Nothing new here! This is a subprime lender otherwise you would have been financed by a bank. You are with this subprime lender ONLY because you have a reputation of not paying your bills on time. You claim your bank "blocked" your account. One can only imagine why that might be true...too many over drafts??? You signed a contract to make each and every payment on time. The lender made NO EXCUSES when it came to fund your purchase. They aren't interested in any excuses when you due date comes up. If you have been late in the past with still this lender, which would not be surprising, one can see why they trusted you so little they did a repo to protect their interests. Oh yes, before you waste your time and effort, let me tell you now, I don't work for them.
