Express Furniture Outlet Made me Pay $1200 upfront but never delivered my furniture, promises to add extra stuff but avoids calls. Whtehall , Pennsylvania
I paid $1220 for a sofa set and dining table. I was told delivery would be that Tuesday. My furniture was never delivered, after calling numerous times, I was told due to a few inches of snow the whole factory in New Jersey was closed. It would be delivered on Weds.... this has continued on in such fashion. It's now Sunday and I am still waiting. He keeps promising to add tables, lamps etc for the inconvenience but every time He claims he will deliver he wont. It's now Sunday and I am being told it will arrive on Monday... yet when I baited him by adding that i was looking for a bedroom set if this went through , he claimed he could pick it up today from the same factory that was supposedly closed Then theres a truck story, with his father etc....but when my brother called pretending to be a prospective customer from a different number, not only did he answer but set an appointment which he was told he could get his furniture the next day.......... then when i googled the company there was a review with a similar problem and they needed Channel 29 news to help them get the furniture. What should I do? I have no more money to replace the furniture, and the store is always closed for any tiny weather problem.... Please do not buy anything from here.
