Express Group Office Depot rebate rip-off! UPC fax doesn't work. Walled Lake Michigan
I did send UPC along with Rebate Form, But they told me that I need to resubmit. Their only fax # is not working, I tried more than 20 times, everytime that # is not available. Their phone is too busy. you have to wait more than 12 minutes until someone get to you. OfficeDepot rebate sucks, avoid them,
