I had Express Flooring carpet my home on January 10, 2013. I spent $10,144.82 for the installation. At that time I received a Lifetime Installation Warranty.
I began contacting them in May 2016 to request my carpet be pulled and to complain about some definite installation issues (carpet dents) around staircase and in some of the rooms. The request was noted and I was asked to have the carpets cleaned prior to them settng a date to come out and look at my carpet.
On June 24,2016 I had my carpets steamed cleaned. I contacted Express Flooring and requested my carpets be stretched and that they look at indentions on carpet. On June 25, 2016I received a message from Javaris in reference to the service request. He left this number (520) 579-8650 ext. 3087. I returned the call and left several messages over the next few days.
I contacted the supervisor when my calls were not returned by Javaris. He stated he would follow up but that Javaris was the scheduler and was quite busy. I continued to leave messages but to no avail.
I am writing to formally complain because it has been a year since my initial contact when I placed a service request. I feel like I paid quite a bit of money for their carpet which fell short in both the quality of the carpet and installation issues. I have not been heard and want to address these issues with Express Flooring but they refuse to return my calls.
