Express Information Systems scam artist Phoenix Arizona
I wanted to warn people about express information systems. I received a phone call over a year ago asking me to sign up for their magazines. Since it seemed at the time a good bargain I signed up. After thinking it over that night I decided to call and cancel it. When I called the said that my order was canceled and I never received a single magazine, bill, or anything. Flash foreword a year, I received a phone call from one of their lawyers informing me that they are suing me for the amount of $224 plus legal fees. When I explained that I never received a single piece of paper from them they they answered with pay or we sue. I am still in the middle of this mess not sure what to do.
