Express Relocations Systems / Michael / Leo / Esther / Charlie Worst Moving Company EVER!!!!! Carlstadt New Jersey
This was the absolute worst experience of my life. Not only did they underestimate the move by 50%, and charged me for moving materials I didn't need. They do not show up on time and when you try to encorage they move up their timing, they will yell at you and hang up. They manhandled everything I own, broke / chipped / nicked, cracked almost every piece of furniture (because they load and unload it a few times before it gets to your door), lost boxes, didn't remove boxes from the truck and had I not called, I never would have seen the items again. And they DO sub their moves and trucks - although they say they don't. And for the most part, can barrely speak and understand english.
They are rude, nasty liars. They do no call you back. They are unprofessional. And forget about a claim - they will be all sweet a kind but when it comes down to it, tnot only do they try to talk you in to taking the pittance they're willing to give you, they discourage any further discussion with supervisors (not that it would help) and they insist you should have purchased move coverage. If I knew they were going to be this bad and I needed that much coverage, I would never have booked them.
If you are talking to them - run - fast - go with a well know named movers.
