On 7/12/12 I heard from Brian Dempsey, 786-529-1279, that he had a buyer for my timeshare-Larry McDaniels and his wife Michelle, 786-529-1279.  For $1,450.00 mailed express to pay expenses, which I should send to Espress Title Services, 380 S StateRd, Suite 1004-369 Altamonte Springs, Fl.  32714   He would send in a couple of months $21,700.

He sent the contract over the internet which I have on disc.  I was supposed to sign exclusive rights to him, but I begged him to mail it to me as I couldn't sign on the internet.  He signed it somehow.

Then on 10-18-12 Bill Allen, 813-489-9791, called to tell me to send 1,060.70 because Brian didn't do something right - there was a Wyoming sales tax.  This time the Express Title Services addres was 478 East Altamote Drive, Suite 108-175, Altamonte Springs, Florida, 32701 and I was to send the money express.  The sale had not finalized but I would get all the moiney back plus the sale price of 21,700.  At that moment he was printing out the contract which would be in the mail.  It wasn't.

Finally, Eric Clark 407-580-3020#219 called 12/6/12 to tell me I must send $450 to Jonathan Bruce (he spelled it) Orlando, Fl 32827.  I told him I couldn't afford it so he lowered it to $220.  He called Alpine, Wy. to find where I could send a moneygram.  I was to send it as a personal treansaction, with security features.   He called back to tell me the money arrived.

Please help me get my money back.  I need it.

Timeshare resale market is so poor, you can get them on eBay for free; owners are willing to pay the transfer fees. They just want someone to take over their maintenance fees.A financial expert said: "timeshare ownership is a trap from which there is no exit."Timeshare resale companies have used this to their advantage. They know owners are desperate to sell their unwanted timeshares and act upon.

What you should do now is contacting an expert or an attorney on timeshare issues, since you were scammed, you deserve a refund. Here you will find more possible solutions:
