This is a fraudulent outfit. Parts ordered 1/7/05....no confirmation of the order, so emailed them 1/17/05 (response:unable to ship at this time) and again 1/24/05 (unable to ship at this time, wait and get 20% discount on next order, etc) order cancelled Jan 26th, w email confirmation of cancellation.

still no credit to credit card after almost 2 months.. ordered parts from another place and received them within one week. Meanwhile they have almost $400. of my money. Email responses are automated and generic, as others have said, phone line busy all day....have contacted credit card company, FTC, Better Business Bureau both Hawaii and New York, as well as NYPD. These people need to be put out of business!!! What can we do to make this happen before any more people get ripped off?
