Extended Beauty Lengths rip off Internet
I ordered close to $70.00 worth of hair dye 22 days ago and received nothing. I tried contacting them by phone but noone ever answered. I then wrote their customer service dept. and my reponse was (after 48 hours) apparently USPS lost your package and another will ship out in 24-48 hours. That was over a week ago and still I haven't received anything nor have they credited my charge card when I asked them to. They also could not furnish me with a shipping label on the reship. I've saved all correspondence (emails) and will be forwarding them to my credit card company so they will not be paid. I've been ordering online for 10 years now and this is the FIRST time I have ever encountered such poor customer service. Apparently all they do is take your charge card, charge the consumer, and never ship anything. Someone should shut down their website as I've been reading online that this happens often with this company.
