Ordered the Extreme Fit 180 on the free trial and knowing I only had 14 days to cancel.  On day 7 I had not received the order yet, but decided to call and cancel at that time.  The service representative was rude and insisted on knowing why I wanted to cancel.  He said they HAD to have a reason or he would not complete the cancellation.  He also informed me the product should have arrived on that day - but it hadn't. 

Finally after being yelled at for the cancellation the representative tells me that if we send the product back there would be a restocking fee equalling about $25 or he could collect $29.95 for us to keep our "free" bottle and send the cancellation confirmation.  In other words - nothing was ever free and even cancelling costs money. 

Here it is a week later and we still have never received the original order that was supposed to be delivered over a week ago.  They make a refund impossible - your only hope is to work with your credit card company on a dispute AND I would immediately CANCEL the card you used to do the order - or they will charge you!  They begin the 14 days as soon as your order is placed - they do not give any time for the product to arrive.  Thankfully our dispute to our card was successful and our money was returned. 

Horrible business practices, impossible to read terms and conditions - underhanded dealings to just take your money!  Stay far away from them!
