I was contacted via telephone rep for the HCA Xtreme garcinia cambogia drops, I was offered the product for $10.00 including shipping, however I wasn't even offered free exercise DVDs, with the knowledge I needed to cancel in 15 days or I would receive another shipment. They had called me on 11/24/2013. My account was charged $99.90 within a week of me receiving the product (3 days after I received the bottle). I called Customer service said it was explained to me I only had 15 days. OK, maybe I missed that (but I don't think so) so I wanted return information.

It was explained that the product could not be returned. The CSR explained to me that it was 15 days starting the day I had ordered. I said how could I cancel a product before I get to try it. It is my understanding that a reputable company will start the countdown upon a customer's receipt of the product. At first, he told me that there was no way they can know or have it in their system to track down when a person/victim receives the item. Well I said, well being that you are taking my money out on the 15th day, I am cancelling now and I would like a refund in which he replied "we don't give out refunds."

And he told me that I received the product on 11/26/13 which was not true (that's two days after the call) because I was looking for the product everyday with hope of starting to lose my belly fat. Now I am out of 99.90 plus the 9.95 for trying it. Upon my telling him that I received it three days ago, then he was able to tell me when I'd received the item supposedI received on 11/29/13 day after Thanksgiving. After asking for the refund stating that I thought it was 15 days of trying the product, the CSR was extremely rude and then he hung up on me stating we don't give back refunds. I was still talking on the phone when he did that. That's a big Ouch.

I am disputing the charge with my bank and hopefully I get my money back. How can I cancel a problem if one don't know if the product is legit? If you hear from these people, hang up FAST. I cannot afford to lose money on something that don't work or being charged prematurely possibly causing my rent check to bounce because I am thinking and marking on my calendar the 15 days of usage.
