Wow, you guys really try to cover your tracks with more and more lies. I never said you didn't service Malibu Boats, I said YOUR NO LONGER A MALIBU DEALER. THEY DUMPED YOU... Duh.. Any dealership can service a Malibu boat and put in a claim to Malibu. You really think the public is that stupid not to read between the lines of your lies? That right, I saw that flwpower posted about you guys here, it's about time someone stood up and exposed your horrible service. I only wish I had done in two years ago when we had our issues. No surprise to us that you will go to any means to deny what seems to some serious issues on how you conduct business. Lies, corruption, and now fraud. It's people like you who give the boat industry a bad name.

This is a response to the report written by "Brenda" entitled "Xtreme Marine Untrustworthy, Liars." The public deserves to know the truth about this completely fabricated claim. First of all "Brenda" of New Fairfield is not even a customer of Xtreme Marine. Xtreme Marine has never worked on a Malibu boat owned by this person EVER nor has she EVER even spoken to anyone who is employed at Xtreme Marine. The batteries that she claims that were replaced belong to a customers Malibu boat who we can only assume is some sort of friend of hers known as Flwpower. These batteries were replaced two years ago so it is strange that he would just be complaining now that they didn't work properly. This truth of the matter is that Flwpower is obviously upset that he is currently under investigation with the Brookfield Police Department for fraud. He will face criminal charges for defrauding Xtreme Marine. If convicted he can face up to five years imprisionment. It is a shame that he would resort to such tactics as having someone fabricate a false claim but it comes as no surprise to us considering the source. We can only hope that Flwpower will stop slandering people and stop dragging others down into his fraudulant schemes. Lastly, the public should know that Xtreme Marine always was and currently is a Malibu servicing dealer (You can call Malibu Boats directly located in Califrornia to confirm this) and the owner of Xtreme Marine's name is not Jose as stated in "Brenda's" report.

Boats are not that complicated. The maintanence charges are outlandish for the work involved. Most gasoline-powered boats use marinized GM pushrod engines, from the small 4 cylinder engines to the big block V-8's. We run big block power. Boats above 32 ft will have diesel power, Yanmar, Catepillar or Cummins. Winterize? Open 4 or 5 draincocks. (The block, usually 2 for a V8; the exhaust risers, 1 each riser; the powersteering cooler, usually 1; and so on.) Time: 5 minutes. Change oil with a Jabsco 17860-0012 electric oil extractor. Time: 10 minutes. AMSOIL offers SPF oil filters & excellent Cat 3 synthetic marine oil that you change once a season. Change outdrive oil: Remove two little screws on outdrive & drain old oil; pump new oil in from tje bottom. Time 15 minutes. AMSOIL also has excellent O/D oil. And so on. My point is that this is not brain surgery. We have plenty of room and two garages, and one is oversized, so our challenges are minimal. One season's boat maintanence will pay for the "tools". A good digital multimeter (Protek 222;, MeTex ME-11; RadioShack; Craftsman)will handle electrical problems. A Black & Decker 4/10/20/40/100 Smart Charger will analyze, charge, & desulfate (when needed) your batteries & analyze the alternator.
