Eyemart Incompetent company can't get it right! Midwest City Oklahoma
I got some new glasses from Eyemart about three months ago. When I went to pick up the glasses I could not see out of the left side lens at all. I told the employee there that it was all a blur on the left side but she said there was nothing wrong with them. She took them back to the optician and they checked it and said all was fine. I knew better so I decided to take them to another eyeglass store near me and have them check them. They said the lens on the left side was off by 90 degrees and that's why I could not see through it.
Long story short. I've been back to this place on several occasions to try to get the glasses to work for me but they can't seem to do it. They put a new lens in the left side but they never apologized for the mistake. I tried my new glasses for a few days but they were not even a clear as my old glasses. They keep blaming me and tell me to try them longer and get used to them. I told them I want them to get it right or give me a refund. She said they don't give refunds and they've done all they can do for me. I said. "well, I'm not satisfied" and she said, "sorry, that's all we can do".
I wrote to the company headquarters two times and they still haven't gotten back to me. They sent me one automated response that says, "This message is a confirmation that your inquiry was received and forwarded to the proper staff here at our corporate office.

The people in this outfit are totally incompetent. They don't guarantee customer satisfaction at all. When they can't satisfy you they tell you that's all they can do and try to get used to them. The prices are cheap, I grant you that, but what good is it when you can't use the glasses you paid for?
Don't go Eyemart or you will be regret doing so.
