This just goes to prove exactly what I said in my original complaint. Just 4 years ago and now they are history. I guess they got hit to many times with complaints. Go figure.

Well if you feel the need to bring legal action do it. I encourage it. Get that part of it straight right now. Your threats dont phase me. Think about this for a second though since im so dumb as you call me. If the kid that owns microsucks.com can write what he wants online about bill gates and he could'nt do anything to stop it, what makes you think your panzy a** will be able to do anything? Think again! You have the wrong guy here. You have my address and I welcome you to my front door, anytime. Please keep in mind that www.ezmotorcycletransportsucks.com belongs to me and I will be hosting it shortly. I have been working it hard and in my spare time. Your not worth my real time. You call someone dumb? LMAO I think maybe you should take a good look at yourself in the mirror ( I know its prob. an extremely scary thing to think about doing) and ask yourself whos really the dumb one? I must not be to dumb because I would have been smarter by buying the domain name before someone exposed my scams? Also how do you figure I signed or initialed anything? I called this in by way of telephone? So your story as im sure others will read has lots of holes in it. ONE LAST TIME I WILL SAY THIS..... 100% DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO LEGALLY, IM GAME.

Sam, the client in question from Orlando is either very young or not very bright or both. He entered into a contract that clearly states that we do not provide refunds under any condition. It states it three times in the agreement and he must initial it three times for us to accept the job. He also stated that we took his credit card over the phone which is not true. We can't actually pickup a bike without a "Bill of Lading" which is the contract he submitted on line, since it is required by the DOT and we need his permission to charge his card. We offerred him a chance to apply a part of his payment toward another bike shipment which is also a courtesy offer since it is not required of EZMT to do so. The fact that his seller is questionable and the deal didn't go through is not EZMT's problem. He should have been more certain of the circumstances before he entered into a contract for our services. Sam clearly has not read his agreement or reviewed the terms before acting. This is a lack of prudence on his part. Just like the airlines, once you buy your ticket, there are no refunds and you must pay additional fees if you miss your plane. This analogy is given in our agreement exactly for the purpose for we we are drawn into today. "In case they really don't get it the first time they read the "no refund" policy. Sams actions to defame this company is rolling down a rocky road which might lead him to legal action on behalf of EZMT. His mistake might cost him a lot more if he continues to filefalse reports here or on any other venue. EZMT has thousands of happy clients, dealers, custom shops and individuals who have purchased on e-bay or other on line services. EZMT even offes free advice to potential clients on how to protect themselves against situations like Sam got himself into. We offered a small concession and he refused it deciding to fight his street fight. The reason he has decided that is because he has no grounds with his credit card provider since they already know the circumstances. Sincerely, Mike Cardin Co-owner EZMT

It is obvious this person is gone off the deep end. We have never, and will never take an order for a shipment "over the phone". For one reason, we are required to have a contract on file to verify the shipment is legal. The contract is on line and available via fax for the electronically challenged. Your comments are all lies and conduct is bordering on defamation. We have served thousands of clients including some of the most famous custom bike builders in the country....all satisfied, able to read a contract and communicate like an adult. Careful how far you wish to carry this threat.

I called this into there phone and I never signed anything to say no refunds. Where do they get off saying no refunds is bullsh@#. They deserve what I wrote and others need to be aware that this company will steal your money from you and not do anything for it. Buyer beware. Scammers. You got my money, but I will continue my assault on you. The 400.00 you stole from me will cost you 40,000.00 in bad publicity. I assure you of this. I own the domain name of ezmotorcycletransportsucks.com and info about your scam will bleed all over it. So enjoy!!!

This customer has not reported the situation correctly. The facts are as follows: E Z Motorcycle Transport has a " No Cancelation", "No Refund" policy clearly stated on our site in our reservation agreement. A client must acknowledge this three times in order to even make a reservation to ship a bike. We go as far as making an analogy to the airlines to help make it crystal clear before they submit a request for services. E Z Motorcycle is not responsible for the conditions of the sale of the bike. We ship what you ask us to ship. When his deal went bad on the sale of the bike we offerred to transfer a partial credit to an alternate shipping in the event he found another bike to purchase. There has never been a response to that offer. EZMT is not required to make that offer but we did try to offset his losses for at least part of the shipping cost. The part we can not resell after it was sold to him. When a shipper (or an airline) reserves a space or seat for a client and then gets a cancelation, they almost never can resell the space once the opportunity has passed. This is why we have a no refund policy and most likely why the airlines charge a fee when you change your mind! This client probrably acted without due diligence when making his purchase of the bike and now wants to take out his frustration and recoup funds from anybody involved in his dilema. We ship a lot of bikes during the course of a year and there aren't many situations where we don't try to help. The bottom line is he knew our policy and agreed to it in advance of hiring EZMT. We regret that he did not have a successful on line purchase but it was not the fault of EZMT.
