Ezinnkjets.com ripoff on ink cartridges and toner supplies. Northbridge California
On January 2, 2005 I ordered a twin pack of cartridges for my Lexmark X83 from these people and my credit card was charged $37.77. I went to their web site five days later to check the shipping date and it stated the item was shipped 1/3/2005. I waited and additional 4 days and the Item was not received so I called them and was told the item had been mailed on 1/5/2005.
I waited and additional 2 days and still did not receive the item. I called again and was told the item would definetly be shipped on 1/14/2005 and they would email me a tracking number. I never received an email with a tracking number. I called again on 1/19/2005 and was told the item was not shipped and was still on back order at which time I told them I was tired of the lies and run around and wanted a refund.
I doubted that they ever will issue the credit to my Visa Card so I called my credit card company to file a dispute for a refund. When I called them the last time they would not even allow me to speak to a supervisor. This is a ripoff company who commits credit card fraud.
