WHEN I PURCHASED FLOWERS IN 2008 AT PROFLOWERS, THEY AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED ME IN A PROGRAM THAT COST $14.95 PER MONTH. dID NOT REALIZE IT FOR 4 YEARS DUE TO OTHER MONTHLY CHARGES SUCH AS THE GYM AND ENTERTAINMENT, ETC. WHEN I CONTACT EZSAVER, THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND ARE LOCATED IN INDIA. I WAS ABLE TO FIND OUT THAT IT ORIGINATED WITH PROFLOWER. PROFLOWER DENIES ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH EZSAVER BUT THERE ARE NUMEROUS CLASS ACTION SUITS AGAINST THEM. I JUST SUBMITTED A CLAIM. THOSE WH BEEN SCREWED TOO MUST SUBMIT A CLAIM NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 12, 2012. THE CLAIM FORM IS AVAILABLE AT WWW.MEMBERSHIPPROGRAMSETTLEMENT.COM.  DON'T KNOW HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT TO BE REINBURSED. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS ALSO TRYING TO REFUND MY $720. GOOD LUCK
