I did a big order of CHIFFON FABRIC and SATIN FABRIC they charged me fees after fees, then doesn't get to me until 3 weeks later. when I checked the product they gave me the wrong products and these fabrics was ripped and dirty. Do not do business with this company.. I tried calling and emailing and no one is responding.

I have worked with this company a numerous times and they provide the best customer service experience. everytime that i order fabric it arrives on time and they exceed my expectations. Maybe this report is not talking about the same company. This could just be one of their competitors doing this to them. This company has the nicest fabric and best quality you can expect.
