Fabric Bravo Rip Off tasteless. Unethical business. Misrepresentation Los Angeles California
I purchased 7 peach tablecloths for my wedding, upon receiving them i instantly noticed they did not look like the picture presented on theit website, nor was it the color close to peach. I made several phone calls for atleast 2days and FINALLY i got a human on the phone. I explained my situation and told them i needed a refund because this was a misrepresentation. They then asked me to send picture of the tablecloths. So immediately i took a picture and sent it via email along with their website picture. In turn via email they said ok we will refund money please return. The next day i called to ask them to email me a return label. At this point they handed the phone to a "manager" Who wanted me to EXPLAIN AGAIN the problem. Which i did (irritated by this time) and he proceeded to ask me "please explain why the tablecloths isn't peach!" I just exploded and asked them to please dont insult my intelligence. He quickly said ok mam we can mail you one (this was on a thursday) and u should recieve on a monday. 2 weeks later no label and i have profusely called and emailed and still no one cares to respOnd. Never have i encountered a fabric company with horrible customer service and unethical business skills. This is absolutely disgusting and my wedding is in 3weeks. So stressful.
