Complaint Review: FACEBOOK - Internet

This update supercedes my prior one with further details.

1.  I had my attorney contact Facebook's legal department. Facebook withdrew the 72 Hour Suspensiion, but left the 24 hour suspension intact as it had ended before we could reach them, admitting they have a policy of removing posts which two or more people REPORT and express "It attackes an Individual" about. They admitted that it did not attack an individual.  They had no explanation for why they mistook a THREE LEGGED PIG for a minor porn posting. They denied Bot Software was responsible. They agreed it was not pornographic.

2.  FACEBOOK read Love and Light's rebuttal and suggested it was political in orientation, but was not accurate. They confirmed that two people had complained about my post about Judge Gonzalo Curiel's Recusal, as being racist and "attacks an individal", but upon review, have allowed it to be reposted online, rather than banned and it is in my account on Facebook at this time.

3.  I can confirm that Facebook states it is now taking steps to try and remedy any future allegations that it is discriminating against Donald Trump, internally.  They have reiterated said policy to the press this morning.

4.  My reposted News story is (read it for yourself) strictly profesisonal and include mainstream news media about Judge Curiel's CONFLICT OF INTEREST by affiliation with a group, LaRaza, that wants California to be ceeded to Mexico. It is an accurate News Item and that the political attacks on Trump about it were inflamatory and will likely be removed from Facebook where they were prolific. The issue is can Curiel rule impartially if he is allied to a group wanting to move California to Mexico (seriously!) with Trump's adverse policy statement of building a Fence along California's southern border with Mexico.

To: "Love and Light" - your rebuttal was off point and casually misinformed me.  I am glad I took the time to have counsel reivew the case with Facebook. Thank you, nonetheless, for your comments. Most enlightening.

 Sir or Madam your report has left me speechless. So much so I feel I should educate you somewhat regarding the Internet and Facebook. Facebook is run using algorithms. That means certain words or pictures will trigger off their filters. It could be excessive cussing on a page that asks for no cussing. Pages can also filter words of their choice so if they are flagged then that person can be removed from the page and the post deleted. It also means that Facebook are notified and if they think your comment has broken the community guidelines then it will ban you. I suggest reading over the guidelines. I was banned for playing with my sister on her wall. I typed out words letter by letter in each post so she got lots of notifications. She loved it and found it hilarious. Facebook did not. And banned me for 24 hours. You just accept it and laugh and move on. You don't sue Facebook because how can you sue a company providing a free service to you. Facebook is free. And when you signed up you agreed to their terms and conditions. Did you read them? I suggest you should before suing them. Also you should note that in regards to advertising you make it sound like they forced you to. No. This is again Facebook providing a free feature and offering you the chance to purchase extra bonuses which in this case was advertisements. Again your choice and you signed up for the T & C. In regard to the photograph. You said FB accused you of uploading a photo. Then you said that you did upload a photo of a 3 legged pig so FB did not accuse you of anything. It reported factly that you were uploading a photo. No accusations just truth. Facebook will have flagged your photo because your account even though not banned any more will be on alert because of the ban. Sometimes this is on purpose but sometimes it's just the system being sensitive. All in all with regards to your ludicrous rant about Hilary and Bernie supporters paying this and that to rig Facebook well thank you for the laugh. I'm a Bernie supporter and all I see is stuff for Donald Trump. I suggest by the way if you want to see the real Donald Trump go on iTunes and download the movie " what's the deal?" It's very insightful and yes this man is a mysoginistic, racist, bigoted liar. How you can actually want a man who has blatantly consistently and brashly lied over and over again. His Twitter count is a bunch of lies. I am a Brit and we are praying you do not elect Trump as as are scared because that man has over and over proved he speaks first thinks last and then worms his way out of what he said. I'd have more respect for the man if he in fact stood up and stuck to his guns and said yes I did say that and mean it. As a Brit we actually think that Donald is trolling republicans to show us all their true colours and will actually resign before long. He used to be a huge democrat and LGBT supporter and pro choice and women's rights. America used to be an amazing country. It looked like it was getting amazing again with Obama but you guys were more worried about what colour he is than what he can do for your country. In short you wasted him. Love and light
