Factory Outlet Store - MiTec Digital Corp. These people lied about taking care of me as a customer San Dimas CA.
I purchased a new GPS device for my caron July 5, 2017. I called the Factory Outlet Store where I purchased this and told them I was having an issue with this unit not working properly. I thought it was the wire for my car that was the issue but discovered it was the unit itself. Factory Outlet Store told me to call the MiTec Digital in CA. who after one month suppositly took care of replacinmg these units. I was notaware that Factory Outlet Store would not take care of what I purchased from them. They used this excuse to NOT help me at all with my problem but go directly to MiTec Digital in California which also were NO help to fix this unit.
There was a one year replacement of this unit stated from The Factory Outlet Store when I purchased this which was never done. I contacted MiTec Digital numerous times and to this day several months later (still under warrenty) have not contacted me back to get this JUNK fixed.
These people will rip you off and I will NEVER purchase another thing from The Factory Outlet Store
