Fairbanks And Litton Loan ripoff Houston Texas
It stareted with Fairbanks not crediting our account for six months for mortgage payments.Litton Loan bought it from Fairbanks and Fairbanks did not tell Litton that our payments were made. They kept the money. We started out not knowing we were behind until Litton stared forclosing on us. We had to file bankruptcy and that still did not stop them. We have a repayment plan and now they say we are another six months behind and thet want our house. Fairbanks and Litton Loan are in this together to steal people's houses. They don't even send out monthly statements.

I agree with what you stated my dad has been requesting a statement for the past 2 years and also a payment history and has yet to get one he even filed a written request (RESPA) and still has not seen a payment history. Now his house is in foreclosure and no one will give any options to help him out. I have filed complaints with the FTC and am filing one with HUD
