FAIRBANKS CAPITAL COPRORATION ripoff fairbanks should be shutdown dishonest billing fees late charges insurance added bad bad JACKSONVILLE Florida
We have been with Fairbanks Capital Corp. for about 3 years. This has been the worst 3 years of our life. They have lied to us about receiving our automatic payments, and have been very rude to us every time we call.
This company bought out our loan from the last company we had, and we did't find out about it until we were contacted and told to call our payroll office and change the payee on our payment.
we have had a military allotment to this company since the start of this loan and have been charged all kinds of fees, for being late, which we can't understand since our payment is direct and has never stopped, we have had insurance placed, and been threatened.
We have called and talked until we can't talk no more, no one can explain why we have late charges on something that has been paid by electronic payment for 3 years. If there are New Mexico residents that are in my shoes please email lets stop them.

There are many VICTIMS OF fAIRBANKS in New Mexico, INCLUDING AN Ex GOVERMOR. I have been in touch with a reporter from Santa Fe and he has written several stories about Fairbanks . there is a New Mexico navyman living in Florida that is having his home stolen by Fb. Bob Quick has done stories about him . Get in touch with him and let him know your story , its time he wrote another one , You can reach him at the SANTA FE New Mexican . [email protected]

ROSAMARIA,i know what your going through you need to fight them, Iam currently fighting to get away from them, I know they will try everything to stop this from happening, Iam from New Mexico,just dont fight them alone,I have unfortunately been a victim for three years, Iam still hanging on. i would suggest going to atty general, FTC,NEWS ORGANIZATIONS, ETC ETC. I dont have any particular advise other than report and the fairbanks victims know fairbanks for what they are, unfortunately our elected leaders are to blind to see at the moment, that fairbanks hasnt changed. I dont know how to get a hold of you but i somehow have survived.
