Fairbanks Capital Mortgage AKA Loan Servicing Center Incompetent company....miscellaneous hidden bogus fees Salt Lake City, Utah Utah .....

It must be a qualification to be an idiot in order to work for these morons. I am also just wondering if everyone at Fairbanks Capital goes to "Incompetent Customer Service Representative Course 101" training.

My story begins 2 years ago. A payment posted incorrectly has turned my whole world upside down. Fairbanks would never admit that the payment was posted in correctly...instead they claimed that my house payments were behind and that I was being foreclosed on. In addition to the payments being posted incorrectly...I have been coherced into signing at least 3 forebearance agreements to "SAVE" my home. If the payments had been posted correctly the house would never had been in foreclosure

I have been charged for hazard insurance after I had repeatedly disputed the insurance charges and repeatedly sent copies of my insurance declaration page to the idiots. The charges for the insurance have been put into a "Escrow advance" account. The charges have accumulated to $381.00. The "Escrow advance" account has accumulated interest to the tune of $1,288. How can an account of $381 generate interest of $1,288? Not only should I not have an Escrow Advance account...I should not have generated this kind of interest!!!! This fee has never come up when I had been talking with them trying to get my situation straightened out.

The only reason this came up was because I asked for a payoff quote. They had all kinds of "additional fees" posted on the account. They had a fee for estimated legal fees for the "Bankruptcy" that I had filed. I HAVE NEVER FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY. I asked them to correct this and to send me a corrected payoff quote. Of course they are trying to say that I have to pay for a corrected payoff quote!!! Go figure. If it is wrong why should I have to pay FOR thier imcompetence. I could not believe it. I have paid, and paid and paid and overpaid for this SH!$%. I am sick of Fairbanks. One customer service rep had the nerve to ask me why don't I refinance the house. And, I was livid. I told him if they would stop jacking with my account maybe I could refinance. But, as it stands now it is hard as hell to get anyone to touch you!!!!

Getting in touch with these people to get anything straightened out is like trying to reach the POPE. They are always right...

I have sent over five dispute letters... but, the fine print in my forebearance agreement says I have not right to do anything!!!

Please, please, please if you can RUN AWAY FROM THE LIGHT...Do NOT get involved with this company.

Help!!!!!
