Hi, I know exactly what you are going through. They have treated me the same way only now someone at Fairbanks has told me they do not have my account any more but they can not tell me who it wassold to or where any of payments went. I get 20 different people when I call and they all tell me they can not help me they do not handle my account. hOW FAR BEHIND ARE THESE STUPID PEOPLE THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT TO SEE WHO IS HANDLING MY ACCOUNT. MY HOME GOES UP FOR A SHERIFFS SALE IN MAY, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PAPERWORK ON THE LOAN GOING TO COURT OR ANYTHING
