Victims of all mortgage servicing scams need to watch this broadcast!

It will address the settlement with Fairbanks Capital as well as problems with servicers that exist all across this industry. The content will ultimately affect thousands of people in this country and is not to be missed.

We all need to stop addressing our concerns with only one servicer. This corruption is INDUSTRY-WIDE and is eating away at the lives of people in this country.

Many people have no lives due to the immoral and often illegal practices of these dens of thieves. Every waking minute is consumed with worry over what the servicer will do or try next.

Common themes:

Should I pay by phone, Western Union, or Certified Mail? Which method will give me the best documentation?

Will they apply my payment in a timely manner?

Will my payment be applied to the correct account or some unknown escrow or suspense account?

I have to call my mortgage servicer a week after sending payment to be absolutely sure that my payment has been credited correctly! If I don't, I get demand letters for legal fees.

As soon as I make a mortgage payment, I have to immediately start preparing for and worrying about the next months' payment.

They keep billing for insurance. I have always had my own insurance and have called and faxed proof over and over. My insurance agent has faxed them. But they just keep billing for it. They apply my payments to insurance and now claim that I am in default.

I keep trying to send a payment and my servicer keeps returning it saying it is not enough. They are determined to take my home and I do not know what to do to stop it.

No matter how many phone calls I make to my servicer, I am always worried that something will go wrong again. The worry never stops!

Thousands of people in America are held hostage by their mortgage servicers. Thousands of people have been forced into bankruptcy illegally by their mortgage servicers. Thousands of people have been wrongfully foreclosed on by their mortgage servicer.

Thousands of people are ruined in mind, body and spirit JUST FOR TRYING TO OWN A HOME.

It is time to put a stop to this madness in America. This corporate feeding frenzy must be halted. "THEY" have stolen enough homes, enough lives.
