Fairbanks Capital Corp Loan Service ripoff fraud late fees scam con artists Salt Lake City Utah
This is my second post to this site, and frankly, it is one of the best stress relievers I have found while dealing with this corporate terrorist organization. Here's what I have done to best rectify our situation with the terrorists. I've visited the Washington State Attorney General's office about Fairbanks to file an offical complaint. They told me that since Fairbanks was not a mortgage company, (they are a loan servicing or collection agency) then they have no power over them. They recommended I file a complaint with the FTC (which I did) Second, I disputed everything in writing via certified mail and have my cancelled checks to prove they were paid on time. I cc'd all the credit bureaus, news media outlets, Mike Wallace of 60 minutes, Diane Sawyer of Prime Time, and Bill O'Rielly of Fox News.
Third, I've hired an attorney who has taken my case on a contigent basis (the posts on this site convinced him how bad the situation is) We haven't decided if we will file a class action or sue individually yet. I was told that suing individually under the Consumer Protection Act can be better, but we will be researching this. Fourth, I've written Fairbanks at [email protected] and requested they look into my situation immediatly and offically disputed everything they have charged. Fifth, we have sent our last two payments certified mail to keep our payments current (or at least try. They won't post our payments on time) Last, we are in the middle of re-financing with another sub-prime lender to get away from the evil entity (my mortgage broker told us that we would have a better credit score if we filed bankruptcy!!!
That won't happen, but this is what this evil company has reduced us to!) We are keeping track of all the damages this terrorist organization has caused us. Hopefully, we will be re-financed within 30 days and we can celebrate. However, I'm not even close to being done. Next week, I will be e-mailing talk radio hosts, local news channel investigative reporters, and members of congress & Senate. The rest of you out there who have been harmed by these bloodsuckers need to do similar actions to best preserve your rights so we don't lose our homes. Let's stick together on this folks. I know we are right, and they are evil. Pretend that Fairbanks is Osama or Sadaam.
