I started with Fairfield about 10 yrs ago. Periodically we purchased more and more points after high pressure presentations.

When I purchased my last points at Oceanwalk, they combined all my points from Myrtle Beach in with my Oceanwalk on one contract. They said it was better that way. My salesman pressured us into buying the last points saying he could help us rent some our weeks. He said not to tell anyone because he could get in trouble.

We bought the extra points, we now have 636,000 and he gave me a company he used to rent his points out, but that was all the help we got. He lied to us. Because my husband had a few choice words with him, we no longer have a salesman and nobody to contact about events etc.

We have tried to sell our points,but we can't even get half the price we have in them. Fairfield said we couldn't sell our points and we couldn't sell part of them, so we are stuck with all these points.

Real Estate taxes keep going up this year $884 and maintenance fees are $238. This is not what we envisioned our vacations would be like. I would let somebody take over what we owe on them just to get rid of them.
