Incident Classification: Discriminatory Actions - wrongful Identity Profiling arbitrarily due to false positive facial recognition camera system used by Family Dollar, that is highly indicative of an unconstitutional and unlawful act within the United States of America.

Victim Request for Resolution: An comprehensive investigation and constitutional analysis, rightfully into the unconstitutional and flawed uses of flawed facial recognition camera system, that is ascertained or known to be irrefutably giving false positive hits or identity readings, on unsuspecting individuals alike to the U.S Marine Combat Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I would like a American public and a Judicial investigation, specifically and dynamically into the possibility of pervasive and widespread flawed and unconstitutional uses of such camera facial recognition system, resulting in unlawful and arbitrary actions against a customer and against a decorated combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and his son, who lawfully entered Family Dollar to rightfully purchase laundry soap for the laundromat next door, and he then was arbitrarily and unjustifiably told aggressively to leave the store, because a facial recognition camera identified his as a person that falsely and unverifiably engaged in stealing items from the store prior to August 17th, 2024.

I was embarrassingly and unprofessionally told in front numerous customers that I was found to be a theif by Family Dollar, also my son removed. I tried making contact with Family Dollar store corporate office about this unlawful and unethical situation, and I was told I would have to send an email with this complaint to receive help with this important matter regarding discrimination and false facial recognition arbitrary actions, that is ascertained to be highly unconstitutional and defamatory in nature, and due to the fact that this is happening falsely towards me, I strongly believed it is unconstitutionally happening pervasively nationally in New York City and even more importantly it could likely be unconstitutionally happening nationally within the United States of America. I was aggressively removed from the store by a female manager by the name of "Angie", who she proceeded to berate me and menacingly placate me on the false grounds or false premise that I somehow stole from the store last week, when in reality last week I was undergoing surgery at the Veterans Affairs hospital in the Bronx, and I am currently recovering from my surgery as a disabled combat veteran.

I was arbitrarily and unjustifiably told that I am no longer allowed in the store, without any further or secondary verification of my identity or proof of any camera footage showing anyone, let alone anyone that looks like me as a human or individual. Simply, no camera evidence was show and no law enforcement contacted by the stores manager making such arbitrary claims and actions. My 13 year old son was ejected from the store also, and the Manager by the name "Angie" threatened to assault the combat veteran before she briefly locked herself in her office in front of customers on August 17th 2024. U.S Marine Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom arbitrarily and unjustifiably told to leave the store in an unconstitutional and unlawful manner, and he stepped outside the store to first call Family Dollar customer service, and the NYPD police department which failed to arrive in an expedient manner to investigate false and flawed claims made unconstitutionally to remove me arbitrarily from the store as a honest warfighter for the United States of America. The former U.S Marine veteran of Operation Iraqi was also a former NYC Council Intern-Council-aide in 2004.
