Complaint Review: Family Health & Support Network ( Foster Family Agency) - Palm Desert California California

New hires beware this is not a reputable Foster care Agency  to work for, the CEO Sandra Austin does not have a degree and no knowledge of how to run an organization, Sandra Austin  Will promise you one salary during the interview, and at the end of your 90 days she and her administrator Re'chelle Brown will come up with some excuse to not give you any salary they promised you during the beginning of your new hire interview and this submission is in writing. People who are currently working there for a least 5 years and have a masters degree is getting paid the same salary as a bust boy at Denny's. 

Sandra Austin demeanor reeks of cigarette smoke and her appearance is of a thug, she walks around the office with this rag on her head because, under it, she has not combed her hair. Re'chelle  Brown the office administrator forgets to take her bipolar medication which leads to an uncomfortable experience while working at Family Health & support network. Linda Joyner human resource manager walks around the office taking her french braids down while wearing house slippers while being in public view. Family Health & Support Network INC is not a professional establishment, in my opinion, to work for.

Re'chelle  Brown the administrator is  African American who  cannot speak clear English which makes it hard to understand her communication, she speaks ghetto slag, she will lie about your work so she does  not have to  pay you, Re'chelle Brown hates to read so she will have all the social workers that are new hires copy and paste the same reports into other  reports while changing the names around, so she does not have to read different reports,  if you change the reports wordings  she  will yell and scream at you  like a baby who lost its bottle. Employees strongly believe Re'chelle Brown does not have a degree Re'chelle  Brown said she obtained her MA degree where she came from which is Saint Louis, which everyone feels she paid for the degree from the streets, not an accredited university.  Family Health & Support Network  Foster Family Agency salaries for employees and foster families are the lowest throughout Riverside County which they can be investigated for deceiving the families. Do you really want to work there?

Family Health & Support Network Palm Desert California. This agency standards of ethics and morals of their employees and the foster families they serve are unethical. The certified Foster families in this agency do not receive full state benefits that they are entitled to the funds go to the agency and Sandra Austin, Re'chelle Brown, Linda Joyner are deceiving these families of the correct amount they should be receiving from the county of  Riverside. The auditor has come and asked Sandra Austin niece who is family health & support network accountant about the overages in the accounts and Kim Sandra Austin niece will look at the auditor like a deer that just seen the headlights of a car.  The certified foster families will learn what is happening they will leave the agency or the foster families will decertify themselves from, Family Health and Support Network palm desert California, Sandra Austin, and Re'chelle Brown threaten the families if they leave they will not be able to take the foster children with them, these families left anyway.

Some of these children suffer from mental health concerns and these families will receive full compensation from the state which Sandra Austin, & Re'chelle Brown, Linda Joyner will explain to the families once the funds arrived at the agency, they will then explain to Certified foster families that the funds never arrived which in fact it did.  The information that I obtained from Family Health & Support Network, during a conference meeting, Sandra Austin Ceo, and Re'chelle Brown administrator mission statement is this agency will select only ( African American and Mexicans families) why because this culture of foster families is less likely to explore the deceit that is being done to them financially. Sandra Austin, Re'chelle Brown, Linda Joyner are the ringleaders of deceit of this foster family agency in Palm Desert California.
