I also purchased a phone and plan from Family Mobile. In addition to not having a 411, when I called to speak with customer service I would always seem to get someone who spoke broken English, and they had trouble understanding me. Also there were times that I would call a business or company locally and leave a message or speak with someone there. When I spoke to them I would hear laughing in the background or the person I spoke to spoke broken English. I would call back a couple of days later and asked if they got my message and they would say that they didn't, or they wern't aware that I called. So that tells me that I was speaking to someone from Family Mobile and not the local business or company I intended to call. Also when I would speak to anyone on the cell phone there would be a loud echo back when I would say something. Like if I said Hello, I would hear my voice in the background say Hello? I cancelled the phone service and received a bill in the mail saying that I needed to pay the remaining month of usage. Fair Enough. So I paid and then recieved another bill the next month. I called and told them that I cancelled their service and no longer have the phone that I purchased the day I opened the account. I was told by a man named Abu something rather that he would look into it. I am still receiving bills from Family Mobile monthly!!
