Family Protection Association fpa Purchased items online with 4-6 week delivery expected. It has now been over 4 months and they will not repsond or give a refund. Austin Texas

While playing a game I seen a video for Family Proection Association (fpa). Their scam is you try out equipment for free and only pay shipping. I ordered 3 firestarters.
Item Ordered: 3 FREE Everstrykes (Postage only)

then it popped up another screen for a reduced price knife if I signed up for a monthly membership. The memberhsip allowed me to test better equipment and to have access to the online training, etc. I recieved the knife about 2 months later.

Then another window popped up and offered a gear kit for a reduced price. I purchased it as well; it was a backpack and gear kit.

I have yet to recieve the gear kit or the firestarters. I tried to access their web site and found that I didnt even have an account. I created an account and of course none of my purchases are tied to the account. I sent them an email on 08/22/18 askign why there was not an account under the email i used to make purchases and signed up for a monthly membership. I received a generic response email that had nothing to do with my question. When I did register on their site my account level was set to standard and did not show the "elite Member" status I purchased.

I contacted them again on 08/23/18 and recieved what seemed to be a personal response and wa assured my items were being pulled to deliver in 4-6 weeks. I recieved nothing by October 12, 2018 and contacted them again. I was told the items were popular and more time may be needed; if I felt I had waited long enough and wanted a full refund to let them know.
If at any point you feel you've waited long enough and would prefer a refund, just let me know. Thank you so much for your patience, we are working hard to improve our service to you!

I contacted them again on November 21, 2018 and recieved no response. I contacted them again on December 17, 2018 and requested a full refund. I recieved no reply. I contacted them again on December 20, 2018 and received no reply. Today December 24, 2018 I left another message on their web site for a full refund.
Do Not deal with this company. If they are not scamming then tehy are jsut horrible at running a business. Its not worth the headache. I'm currently out $306.95 and doubt I will ever get it back from them.
