Family Solution Centers, LLC Scammed me out of money and will not return calls or emails Santa Barbara, California
I contacted this company in Dec of 2010 in hopes to help me with legal paperwork over a child custody modification case. Phil Meyers promised they could help me. After I paid them $100.00 they send me a questionnaire asking me to fill out to help in my case and to give me a set price for my case. I did what was asked and paid the $1200.00.
After they got my payment I was sent another questionnaire (33 or so pages) to complete. I did so within a few days and didn't hear anything for several days. After I got someone to return my calls/emails I was transferred over to Golding Partners (George Ellis (whom I can't find any info on). After a said attorney made contact he asked for more info, which I send. I then had to resend because his computer didn't save the info.
Two weeks went by I didn't hear anything. I came across some info that was important to my case and made contact to find out that Golding Partners turned me over to Jonny Morales. This lady promises me she will have my paperwork done in two days. I told her not to make promises she couldn't keep and that if I didn't have my paperwork I wanted a refund. She told me to give her two days. I gave her five days and haven't heard from her to date. I get a email from George Ellis saying he could have my paperwork done by the end of the week and that was 3 weeks ago.
I have emailed and called Family Solution Centers and have asked for a refund 8 times. They will not return my calls or emails. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Family Solution Centers have not had a thing to say. This company is still to this day taking money out of my bank account. I have asked for a refund and I'm being avoided.
This company takes advantage of people who are desperate for help. This company needs to give refunds and close it's doors for good. Please do not use this company for anything. Save your hard earned money for an attorney you can see and speak to in person. Do not fall to a scam such as me and many others have. I pray someone out there can close this company down and get the clients "members" their money back.
I have not heard from Family Solution Centers since Jan 5th, 2011 and I have emailed and called about a refund for services not rendered. They have taken $1368.00 from me and all I have to show for it is a huge headache and arguments in my home.
Extra info: When I google George Ellis' address that he puts in his emails, the address comes back as a photography studio not a law office.

I filed fraud against Family Solution Centers with my back and was able to get all but $100.00 back. I encourage everyone else to do the same. Also, cancel your debit/check/credit card you used to pay them, so they can no longer keep taking money they are not providing a service for. It is wrong to keep someones money and not provide them with the service you paid for. This company is a total rip off for me and many others.
