Fantastic Sams Hair went brown to white Lubbock Texas
I went to a fantastic sam's to get a highlight. I wanted to get it done before the weekend and couldn't make an appointment in time with my normal stylist who owns his own salon.
When she was done I asked if it was white and she said no it's a really fine blonde. Also, I asked about the half inch to inch of gap between the highlight and my roots. She said she couldn't highlight that close. My regular stylist can highlight to the scalp. I got home and looked at it closer and it was WHITE! I pulled back my hair and it looked like skunk stripes. And the root job was horrible. In the front, there was a patch of brown and then orange and then white.
They were closed when I realized what a poor job they did. Besides, I wouldn't let them touch my hair again. I went to Walgreens and bought a product called Oops to take the color out. It worked somewhat but it is made for those who go from light to dark not dark to light. I also bought a dark blonde hair dye. I applyed the new dye and waited. It worked! I was so relieved when the WHITE was gone. My hair looks normal.
Even though the staff was nice, they weren't straight up with me about the coloring. DO NOT get your hair highlighted their unless you want to look like you have zebra stripes.

I have been going to Fantasic Sams for 4 years. I get 4 colors a year and I have NEVER had a bad experience. Their staff are friendly and well trained. I normally see Donna who is fabulous but I have had some of the others color my hair (Patti and Tabitha are great as well) and it has always been absolutely perfect. Their prices are better than all the salons in town and I always leave feeling great. I was so happy when Fantastic Sams came to Lubbock and I have never been dissapointed in their service. Sounds like you had a bad experience but I am a long time regular customer and I have never seen anything like that happen to me or anyone else in the store. They are the best in Lubbock!
