I ordered the Kids Deluxe TMNT Michelangelo Costume and when it arrived the mask was too soft and deformed to wear. Upon contacting their customer service department I was informed of their costume return policy, which wouldn't allow it to be returned.
I tried to submit areview on their web page and amazingly it has never showed up. It seems there are only good reviews posted on their page. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but the best that they offered was to let me return the costume for a %20 restocking fee. I was merely hoping to obtain a better mask
Next time I'll save alittle time and money and just go to Wal-Mart. The same costumes are there for less and include more accessories.
