Bad Faith Prior Association, moved him from Rene C Davidson just for my case, met him at the same house as Judge Dennis J Mcluaghlin, ill come back to this

      I'm not sure how to even start this. Let me begin by stating the truth that Judge Dennis J Mclaughlin has been present at two of my relatives houses and a friend of my moms on the Northshore of Massachusetts. Judge -Dennis J Mclaughlin was the primary judge on a recent entrapment case launched by my Uncle-In-Law, a Newark CA police officer, and a public defender who acted as a surrogate prosecutor instead of building a trial defense.

He denied prior association with me, ignored a peremptory challenge, deliberatly disregarded the law, and let a court case with an alterior motive for outside of the courthouse happen .

       All three of these people  I have just mentioned have been at the same house at the same time as me when I was barely 10 years old.I promise you the reader, the investigator, the analyst, whoever you are, that I'm not confused, and I'm not lying, I'm completely accurate, and you can dig around in the places this happened and the places I've described and find countless traces of the same story because part of the entrapment that Judge Dennis J Mclaughlin sealed me into, involved something that is actually supposed to be one of the largest word-of-mouth gangstalking events in the history of Califnoria .

A lot of people know, but it has a varying "privacy feel," to it . There is an aspect of this that benefits him in someway, but I was always told by my family that I had a fair chance of catching him. Dennis J Mclaughlin approached my family at a young age with an offer, to use a young kid, as a wardriver , to launch a ventrillo phonetics experiment that he called " a trigger program," and use it to invade the different school and civic systems I would attach to throughout teenage years.

My family used this to create a very quiet, private movement that lasted well over age 18, whereon almost everyone I went to school with knew something about it and the action of me being used by the judge, was used to slowly invade the community around me with rumors for years , right through parents . There are 100's of witnesses to this story making its way around, just like how I'm explaining it .

I was told quietly by a few people that the judge actually partially wanted me to successfully take him down for this because what he was doing, what he was studying, was unprecedented in terms of how he was slowly admitting it, using me to recruit people all throughout the north shore of Massachusetts , in Califnoria, and throughout Hawaii into awareness of this topic , the so called " Trigger program."

Mclaughlin allowed the attorney to  use the mental health system and deny any prior association at all on the record while even his court staff knew what he was doing. He even tried to push me into a drug program ( can you believe I dont do any drugs whatsoever? ) with the attorney but the county stopped him . I wrote the commission on judicial performance about this prior association, they wrote me back that he was being investigated but he did nothing and still ignored the premptory challenges and had other judges sit in. Judge Morris Jacobson , normally a residing judge at Rene C Davidson courthouse, relocated for my case alone. He's 1 of 4 judges I've met in Massachusetts.

My family claimed they would override my rights with prior association alone to help the judges continue on with my case " outside of court," , and if they failed, at the very least they would promote their program , quietly to the people around them, which really did involve not only aerospace surveilence/radar imaging technology, the so called " trigger program," but isotopic poisons that enhanced the effects of it claimign they were even able to give me the poison again , INSIDE SANTA RITA JAIL ( amazing how I didnt get charges yet I spent 140 days inside the jail ) 

Judge Dennis J Mclaughlin HAS to  be fired... He represnts the people of the state of california, his salary comes from Tax Dollars. It would be different if he offered people something that were run over by his program. My family always said that his family was being pushed down and away from his power sources and that this program was a way for them to compete and stay connected- I dont want to deal with that. This is why I believe the stories my uncles told me. I really do believe mclaughlin was caught in a sense, and he just chose to bide his time. Regardless of this less empirical elements , Mclaughlin really has flown to Boston Logan many times, and I can predict the dates because I met him when I was younger.

He is truly villified to many individuals in Alameda county and the northshore of Massachusetts. The commission on judicial performance HAS to remove him from service...His ultimate goal, is to continue his program around me, so that everywhere I go, it gets built and they find something out about some types of people in the area I'm in. He always claimed it was unstoppable, and unprecedented, which is why he was able to get so far with it . I need relief from what Judge Dennis J Mclaughlin started, outside of the court. I also need to completely remove the charges against me from my uncle inside Alameda county...

Please help me get this guy off the stand, maybe to a lemonade stand or vetting for girl scout cookies where he can't do as much harm....
