Bought a brand new garden tractor from Blains Farmand Fleetin Bradley, IL; $3000. A year later it needs some work. I was told it would be repaired within 3 weeks. The three weeks came and gone, my grass grew. They still had not got around to a simple piece of work: installing new blades.
They lie to you.......they say you are next in line to get repair services......and it just does not happen. I don't know what goes on in their small engine repair service area, but it has to be corrupt: like I need to give them a bribe or something to get them to work on it.
People.......buy a John Deere......don't buy a tractor from FarmandFleet because they are too inept to be able to perform simple maintenance and repairsfor you. They can sell a tractor, they can't do effective or reasonable tractor repairs or service. Go elsewhere.
Just stand in line at the SMALL ENGINE REPAIR DESK if you want to hear how screwed up the place is,and the peoplethat work there areamong the first to tell you this message "FARM AND FLEET SUCKS".
