I am grateful to be able to to write a rebuttal addressing Farmington's comments. First of all, they have known about my "negative review" for quite some time now. I initially posted it on Yelp and they had somebody convince Yelp to take it down, so this info is not new to them.
Now to adress their comments: Let's begin with the state's investigative report. Now for some factual background: mom's fiduciary was Cindy Hoeper of Eldercare Management in Medfrod Oregon. If you Google Hoeper @ www.eldercaremgmtservices.com (Hoeper's website) on Hoeper's about me page you will see that Hoeper (who was mom's fiduciary and also just happened to have 10 clients at Farmington Square Medford at the time by her own admission and continues to maintain that number). Hoeper worked for APS/Medford Senior Services office as an adult protective services investigator prior to starting Eldercare Mgmt Services. At the time Hoeper had worked for APS Medford for eight years, the same entity that generated the report that Farmington refers to. I will post that too, so that everybody can read it!
Cindy Hoeper is NOT a credible person to interview, in fact I will address what criminal behaviour Hoeper engaged in later on in this rebuttal. She worked for APS 8 years, had 10 clients at Farmington and continues that patient average there at Farmington, in fact on her website picture the background if Farmington. Hoeper has a vested interest in protecting Farmington and her/their income stream/reputation. Since the APS was protecting Hoeper and her behavior, the only was to bring this to light is to post our complaint and APS reports for the readers.
Mom's police report # 07-2527 is dated 2/10/2007. I am going to post this police report as soon as possible, so that anyone reading this can make an educated decision re: Farmington. The police report alone and the comments made by Ms. Charley Buckaley speaks volumes. Buckaley had the nerve to state "verbatim" that mom was flirtatious and this is what incited her attack and rape. Police reports DO NOT LIE!
Now to address the "family member". That family member is Jeannette Struck. She is my husband's only sibling. Jeannette Struck worked with Hoeper and Patrick G. Huycke a local attorney and bank officer for PremierWest Bank to literally steal all of my mother's assets illegally.
Even though mom had a will in CA and Hoeper had full documented knowledge of mom's will, Hoeper chose to do a "Waiver of Elective Share" behind my husband's back without ever noticing him and steal everyting that mom was entitled to. With Jason Broesder's help (another local attorney and Hoeper's attorney) and Patrick G. Huycke's assistance a local attorney and bank officer, Jeannette Struck ended up stealing all of my mother's resources.
I would also like to add that Patrick G. Huycke just coincidentally happened to be the agent of service for the Farmington Square(s) his start date: 12/06/2004 through 5/2/2010, registry # 253329-90. SMALL WORLD! Mom never stood a chance! Huycke is also a bank officer for PremierWest Bank(s) in Southern Oregon and Northern CA. He is a Medford attorney and banker. He was instrumental in helping Hoeper, Broesder, and my sister in law in illegally steal all of my mother in law's resources.
Now to address the employees that were interviewed: Farmington/ Medford had a huge turnover in staff, so I find it difficult to believe that staff from 2007 would still be there and even more remarkable to remember the incident since it was so carefully covered up. The only person that notified us was mom's caregiver Louis, and he was immediately let go as soon as Farmington found out about his call to us.
Now to address the chief operating officer for the Farmington Squares, Ms.Jodi L. Guffee, she didn't even begin there until 2011, so how could she possibly have any knowledge of what occurred in 2007?
It is also suspicious that Ms. Guffee has the same last name as James T. Guffee Farmington Center's Inc. Executive Vice President. Small world again!
Now to further address the " Family Member" that was interviewed: it was Jeannette Struck" on 3/3/2006 Jeannette Struck was caught by the CA Welfare Fraud Investigations Unit in San Mateo CA. Address: 409 Harbour Blvd., Belmont CA. 650-595-7516. She was caught by Ms. Toni Garcia. Jeannette Struck owed over $500,000 in resources. So she is not the best person to interview as far as family members are concerned. She has benefited in excess of about one million dollars in undeclared resources, so again not a great person to interview.
All of this information is contained in the Medford court records, case # 06-683G8. Jeannette Struck by her own admission submitted those documents to the court when she tried and failed to be mom's permanent fiduciary.
There are two sides to the story and then there is the truth, and documents and court records DO NOT LIE! Please judge for yourselves. If you love your beloved elders PLEASE keep them as far away as possible from Farmington(s). Do not let what happened to mom happen to your loved ones.
Please look at all of the court documents that I am going to post shortly, then and only then please make an educated decision based on facts!

Upon learning of this negative review, Farmington Square Medford and the management company Radiant Senior Living conducted an investigation into the allegations made by the reviewer and carefully examined the records from 2007. Our investigation included reviewing the residents medical file, the state investigative report and the police report, and talking to another family member of the deceased and employees that were present in 2007.
The evidence does not substantiate the reviewers claims.
Our hope is that reasonable readers of this site realize that there are always two sides to a story, and that passing judgment based on one persons review is imprudent.
We welcome readers to contact us with questions at any time. Please call Farmington Square Administrator LeAnn Peabody at 541-770-9080, or Radiant Senior Living Chief Operating Officer Jodi Guffee at 503-595-2810.
