I placed an order from loupumps on March 20, 2013 for some shoes. I received tracking number and supposedly when the package cleared customs in California it was sent back to China. I immediately contacted the seller and they informed me that I refused the shipment. I never refused the shipment, hell the shipment never made it to me in Louisiana. Told shipper to give me certain information so I can get USPS to start an inquiry, but they never obliged. Contacted shipper again to check status of shoes and they informed me that they sent it out via DHL. I called DHL and gave them my name and address, the lady looked me up in the system and informed me that she have no package in transit to me. I got screwed out of $148 and I don't have the product. Never again!!! Shame on fashionpay for emailing me speaking of they handle disputes but they fail to reply to my emails. I have contacted the postal inspector to make sure companies like this are shut down.
