Phil - It appears that the California number is no longer in service (cell). I am sorry to hear that you did not get paid. I paid Annuity Sales Now, Inc. $750 for 15 appointments. That was back on April 13th. I was sent out on the first appointment and the lady on the report had not lived at that address for two years. On the next appointment, there was no house at the address they gave me. I tried calling the numbers on the appointment email and they were either disconnected or someone else had that number. I asked for a reference after we had the trouble with the appointments and have not received one yet. One of the agent testimonials on their webside is for an agent in Atlanta. Wait a second....I checked with the Georgia department of insurance and that agent is a Pennsylvania resident and no longer active in Atlanta. Needless to say, things are not adding up. I have asked several times for a refund or a valid appointment and have received neither. Please don't send this company any money. You would be better off doing your own direct mail marketing or knocking on doors.

Phillip worked at one of our west coast call centers/training facilities. He continuously harasses this company with no proof of the amount owed. The call center/training facility he worked on has been closed for approximately 45 days so we can consolidate all of our appt. setting in to 1 or 2 of our appt. centers/training facilities. Phillip has continuously gave frojilant info. regarding this company which is to be expected from a disgruntled independant contractor. We've asked Phillip on numerous occasions to fax any and all proof he has to the customer service dept. (fax number upon request) As of this point, Phillip has failed to submit any proof showing the funds he is due. It's our continued feeling that the amount Phillip has coming is $65.00. As to the false acusation that the appts are being set via a cold call list and from an apt. is unfounded. The fact that Phillip continues to post inaccurate info. on this website goes to show that he is nothing more than a disgruntled independant contractor/telemarketer who will say anything to overcome the fact that he submited an inaccurate resume and during his interview stated that he had years of experience as an appt. setter, when in fact we found he had a hard time reading the presentation. We continue to have satisfied agents use our service and will always supply the highest grade appts. possible. Also note that Phillip only worked a total of about ten hours for the company and the day he showed up for 30 minutes doing unacceptable work, he was dismissed. All we are asking from Phillip is to fax us any ad all proof he has that indicates that he has more than $65.00 coming. Lauren Ellis Customer Service Supervisor [email protected]

Phil did work as an Independent Contractor for one of our other appointment setters who is based in California. That gentleman has nothing to do with the ownership of this company and is no longer working for Annuity Sales Now INC. He and Phil were both terminated due to setting unsatisfactory appointments. At the time of Phil termination he indicated to Mr. White via e-mail that his final pay was $65.00. He was told he would recieve a check for $65.00 from the bookkeeper. 24 hours later Phil changed the amount he felt he was owed to $100.00. After further research the bookkeeper found that in fact Phil was owed a total of $65.00 and contacted Phil to inform him of his findings. Phil never contacted Michael Howard (bookkeeper) so he coud give his current address to recieve his final payment of $65.00. Please note: Annuity Sales Now INC. has gone through a large number of appointment setters who have not worked out for some reason or another. Phil falls in to that category and as a result he made many threats as to going to this website to make unfounded statements about our appointmets and employees of Annuity Sales Now INC. -Lauren Ellis: Customer Service Supervisor [email protected]

When I submitted my previous report, I used the incorrect phone number. The company's anaheim number is 714-808-2888. Please disregard the previous number, I have requested it be changed by the administrators. Once again, the real number is 714-808-2888. I apologize for the confusion.
