FAST AUTO AND PAYDAY LOANS INC. Fast auto loans I got a title loan on my car for 2500.00 I paid 17,000.00 for my car, they repo my car Linda the girl in charge said I need 3600.00 to get and back so I did , payed the loan off then 3 months later she repo my car again said she wants 4,800.00 to get it back thats all interest . 1,800.00 of it is finance charge for 13 days. I was very desperate for money my son needed money to move out or he would have been living on the streets and I offered to help him I am all he has so i did. Went to Fast Auto and Payday loans in North Hollywood Calif. I got a 2500.00 loan on my car which i Paid 17,000.00 for it, and my payments where 358.00 a month which is outrageous but i went ahead and signed the loan, That would be the worst decision I ever made.
I work but only part time at the time I got the loan, knowing I never ever should have signed the loan papers, but I did. I had a really hard time paying the loan so they repossed my car. When I called to find out how much it was going to cost me to get it back Linda the girl in charge at this office, said 3600,00 will get it back, that pays for the loan plus a 1,000 they made on me. Also I paid 177.00 to get me stuff that was in the car from the repo yard and the repo yard did not give me everything all my car cleners and car waxes where gone. The I drove to the auction yard where my car was it cost me 125.00. So the total amout it cost me was 3900.00.
The 3 months later just recently they came and repo my car again, said I still owe them 2578.00 but now it has gone up theyu charged my 1800.00 finance charge for 13 days and 450.00 repo charge so it comes to 4800.00 . That is al interest I paid the loan off. They said if I dont pay it they are going to sell it.I am devested about the whole thing. I dont know what to do.
